Marriott Update on Hurricane Katrina
Marriott has released an update on how Hurricane Katrina and the after effects have impacted their operations. As expected, a number of their hotels in the Gulf Coast region will be closed for the time being. They have a very strong presence in the New Orleans area. I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn New Orleans-Downtown and it’s a very nice and unique facility.
